Customers must follow the storage instructions printed on the product packaging.
Once a package is opened, it should be stored and consumed according to the instructions mentioned on the packaging.
Do not feed a product if:
* Packaging is visibly damaged
* Pouch is leaking
* Product appears contaminated
* Product has an unusual smell/appearance
* Product is past its expiry/best-before date
If you notice any product quality issue, stop using the product and contact us with your order details and photographs.
